Rules and Policies

  • Kidscape is an unsupervised play centre.  Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times. We do not assume responsibility for any children.
  • Kidscape cannot be held responsible for accidents, which occur as a result of children and or adults playing with/or on equipment or in the facility.
  • There may be no more than five children for every adult.
  • Please enter and exit using the front entrance.  The emergency exit is alarmed and monitored at all times.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed on premises. Food, except for birthday cake, can be purchased on site.  Please refer to "extras" in the Parties section for more details.
  • No food is permitted outside the Cafe.  However, drinks can be enjoyed in both the Cafe and Adult Lounge. No food or drink are permitted in any play areas. This helps us keep the those areas and surfaces clean and safe for children.
  • Socks are mandatory for all guests, including parents and children.  In case you forget to bring socks we have them available for $2/pair. No shoes are allowed.
  • No Strollers are allowed.
  • Books in the RentReadReturn.com Library are for the enjoyment of our customers. They are not to be removed from Kidscape.  Please return them to their rightful places on the shelves to ensure continued contribution and support from RentReadReturn.com.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility.  Please ensure hands are cleaned when entering and exiting the play areas.
  • If your children are sick or are showing symptoms of illness, please do not bring them into our facility in order to prevent illness outbreaks.
  • We ask our guests to report any accidents to our staff immediately after the incident, no matter how minor.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • Appropriate behaviour and language is expected of everyone at all times.
  • At Kidscape we take pride in providing a safe environment for your children.  We reserve the right to remove anyone from our facility who is not adhering to these rules.
